Overgrown but scenic garden behind the palace, part of the palace grounds. Paths are rough but it's a quiet spot to walk among old trees and ponds.

Statue of the last king of Imereti on a paved square, next to the old courthouse. A good place to sit and watch people pass.

Indoor-outdoor market selling fresh produce, spices, cheese, and household goods. Great for a wander without spending a lot.

💡 Try the sulguni cheese from the older women on the left side—they sell small chunks for 1-2 GEL.

Former palace of the Dadiani princes, now a museum with a collection including Napoleon Bonaparte's death mask. Entry is about 15 GEL, but worth it for the history.
