Central park with a large lake, walking paths, and a memorial to Hồ Chí Minh. Popular for evening strolls and tai chi in the morning.

Getting Around Vinh

Vinh Railway Station to hotel From 10,000 VND 5 min

The station is 2 km north of the hotel. If you arrive by train, it's a cheap Grab bike (15,000 VND) or a 20-minute walk straight down Quang Trung. Taxi touts at the station charge triple – walk 50 metres out to flag one.

Grab car (app-based taxi) From 10,000 VND/km 5 min

Download the Grab app before arrival. A ride from Vinh city centre to the hotel costs about 15,000–20,000 VND. Pay cash or card. Drivers rarely speak English – have the hotel address ready in Vietnamese.

Airport taxi (Vinh Airport to Gold Vinh Hotel) From 150,000 VND 15 min

Book a Mai Linh or Vinasun taxi at the airport stand. Avoid drivers who approach you inside arrivals – they'll quote double. The hotel is only 6 km away.

Public bus #4 From 7,000 VND 30 min

Bus #4 runs a long loop through town. Get off at the Quang Trung stop – the hotel is a 3-minute walk west. Have exact change; the conductor won't break large notes.
