Getting Around Usak
Flag one down on Cumhuriyet Caddesi, not from the hotel lobby (hotel taxis charge double). Short hops within the centre should not exceed 20 TL.
Agree on the fare before getting in—drivers sometimes quote higher to tourists. Metered taxis start at 15 TL, but the airport run is a flat rate.
The shuttle drops at the main bus terminal—Erciyes Otel is a 5-minute walk north. Buy your ticket inside the terminal, not from drivers.
Pay with a KentKart card (available at the otogar kiosk)—cash isn't accepted. The E-1 runs along the main boulevard, so you can't miss the stop.
