Getting Around Sukabumi
Book online a day ahead through DAMRI app. Bus drops you at Sukabumi bus terminal, then take an ojek (motorcycle taxi) for 20,000 IDR to Pondok Mao.
Get a KAI Access app ticket in advance – cash tickets often run out. From Sukabumi Station, take angkot line 01 (3,000 IDR) or a quick ojek to Pondok Mao.
Set your pickup point to 'Terminal 3 Arrival Door 4' for Grab drivers to find you faster. Avoid taxis at the counter – they cost double.
Look for the red-and-yellow 'Leuwiliang' route bus – it passes right by Pondok Mao's lane. Flag it down anywhere along Jl. Raya Sukabumi; driver will stop even without a shelter.
