💡 Walk north past the crowded hotel frontage. The sand gets cleaner and quieter beyond the Eurowindow apartments.

Evening market running along the beachfront. Stalls sell cheap street food, fresh juice, clothes, and souvenirs. Good for people-watching.

💡 Skip the overpriced trinkets. Head straight to the grilled seafood carts at the north end — squid and scallops on skewers for 15,000–20,000 VND.

Active Buddhist temple with a towering statue of Buddha on a lotus throne. The main hall has intricate carvings and a large bronze bell.

💡 Climb the spiral stairs inside the east tower for a broad view over the city and the sea. No entrance fee but dress modestly.

Pair of 12th-century Cham towers on a grassy hill. Brick structures with carved lintels and a quiet courtyard.

💡 Go just before sunset. The light hits the sandstone carvings well and there are rarely any crowds.

Modest two-floor museum with Cham stone carvings, pottery, and local history exhibits. Air-conditioned rooms help escape the heat.

💡 Entry is 10,000 VND (roughly 40p). The Cham linga collection in the back hall is the highlight. Allow 45 minutes.
