A Saturday night market stretching along Thanon Phahonyothin near the lake. Local food stalls, crafts, and live music from a community stage.

Wat Analayo Meditation Centre

A forest wat on a hillside outside town, with a small museum of old Lanna artefacts and a meditation hall open to visitors. No admission fee, but donations welcome.

A small national park north of town with an easy 2km trail to a viewpoint over the lake and surrounding farmland. Entry fee is 100 baht for adults.
