Getting Around Paracas
Buy tickets online a day ahead. Sit on the left side for ocean views after Pisco. From the station, it's a 15-minute, 8-sol taxi ride to the resort.
This minibus loop is mostly for tourists. For the hostel, ask the driver to drop you at the corner of Av. Pardo and Jr. San Martín.
Book 'Imperial' class for reclining seats and a light meal. You can take a quick taxi from Paracas terminal to the hotel for about 3-5 soles.
Book through the hotel or a licensed service like Taxi Green. Avoid unmarked cabs at the airport — most are safe but will overcharge.
Negotiate to 150–180 PEN before getting in. The hostel can arrange a return for the same price.
These white vans run between the station and the waterfront. Flag one down; the fare is per seat. They're bumpy but fine for short trips — just tell the driver 'Aranwa'.
