Take Damri bus from airport to Solo bus terminal (5-6 hours), then catch a local minibus to Ngawi city centre. Pay the minibus driver directly, around IDR 50,000; confirm he'll drop you near Penginapan Mina on Jalan Raya.
From Madiun station, take a bus to Ngawi terminal (45 mins, IDR 20,000), then hire an ojek (motorcycle taxi) from the terminal for the last 5 km to Penginapan Mina (IDR 20,000). Negotiate the ojek price before getting on.
Angkot routes are numbered; ask for 'Mina' when boarding. The driver will stop near the hotel entrance. Keep small change ready.
