Getting Around Gold Coast
Take the 777 bus from the airport to Surfers Paradise (terminus), then a short 10-minute walk to the light rail. Or hop the 700/705 buses that run directly along the Gold Coast Highway—get off at 'Main Beach Parade near Albert Avenue' and it's a 2-minute stroll to the resort.
Not the fastest option for Main Beach. Take the 777 bus from the airport to Helensvale station (40 mins), then the light rail ('G:link') to Main Beach stop. Change to tram number 9 mins walk from tram stop to resort. Good if you're heading elsewhere first.
Get a Go Card from any newsagent or 7-Eleven for tap-on/tap-off—much cheaper than paper tickets and works on all buses, trams and trains. The light rail stop 'Main Beach' is a flat 5-minute walk to the resort entrance on the Esplanade.
Book with a local company like Gold Coast Cabs or Con-X-ion for a fixed fare and avoid surge pricing. The short left turn off the highway at Sea World Drive drops you right near the resort.
