Fujairah Heritage Village

An open-air reconstruction of a traditional mountain village with stone houses, a falaj irrigation system, and a small souk. Displays local crafts and tools used before the oil era.

A sprawling open-air market held on Fridays and Saturdays at the old livestock souk site on the road to Dibba. Sells cheap fruits, vegetables, clothing, electronics, and second-hand goods. Bargaining

Taxis don't use meters in Fujairah – agree the fare upfront. Short hops inside the city rarely exceed AED 20. For longer trips, try the taxi stand outside the hotel for better rates.

Local Bus within Fujairah From AED 2 15 min

Fujairah’s public bus network is limited and routes are numbered poorly. Use Google Maps for real-time stops. Buses are clean but infrequent – a taxi is often worth the extra AED 10.

Airport Transfer (Dubai to Fujairah) From AED 200 90 min

Pre-book through an app like Careem or Uber to avoid haggling. The fixed fare from DXB is around AED 200–240; cash is fine, but card often cheaper.

RTA Bus E700 (Dubai to Fujairah) From AED 25 150 min

This is the cheapest option from Dubai, but the bus stop is 3 km from the Raynor – budget AED 10 for a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. Cash only, have exact change.
