Deeper Into Encamp

Sant Roma de les Bons Church

A small Romanesque church from the 12th century, part of the historic Bons ensemble. Well-preserved apse and bell tower, set against a mountain backdrop. Worth the short walk up the valley.

💡 Go on a clear morning for flat light on the stonework. The key is kept at the Encamp tourist office; call ahead if you want to go inside.

A well-marked, easy 2km out-and-back trail following a mountain stream through mixed woodland. Shaded for most of the way, with a small waterfall at the turnaround point. Suitable for all ages, no ste
