The main market in town, bustling with stalls selling fresh produce, textiles, and local crafts. Best visited early morning for the real energy and to see cocoa and coffee trading in action.

💡 Go on a Saturday morning when farmers from surrounding villages bring in extra produce. No entry fee, but bring small change for a bag of oranges or peanuts.

A community workshop where local women weave raffia and cotton textiles using traditional looms. You can watch the process and buy directly from the artists at very fair prices.

💡 Walk or take a moto-taxi (about 200 CFA). They don't charge an entry fee, but if you buy a small scarf (around 1,500 CFA) you support the cooperative directly. Best time is 09:00–12:00 when weavers are most active.

A small public park in the centre with shaded benches, a few walking paths, and a children's play area. Good for a quiet break from the market noise.

💡 Take a book or picnic lunch. The park is busiest at midday but quietens by 15:00. Bring your own water as there are no kiosks inside.

The town's main mosque, built in the 1970s with a distinctive minaret. Non-Muslims can view the exterior and the prayer hall from the entrance during non-prayer times if a guide is present.

A modest mid-century church with simple stained-glass windows and a peaceful courtyard. Services are held on Sundays, but visitors can enter any time to see the local architectural style.
