One lift serves all four floors of the main building. The villa wings are ground-floor only, stairs are required only in the main building's stairwell if the lift is down.

No complimentary newspapers or digital newsstand. The lobby has a small shelf of local Vietnamese newspapers (Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien) available for reading only. The building was a 1990s guesthouse converted to a hotel in 2015, so expect narrow corridors and a traditional tiled roof in the villa section.

Standard check-in from 14:00; early bag drop available from 10:00 at the front desk (no extra charge). Late check-out until 12:00 is free, after 12:00 a surcharge of 250,000 VND applies, and after 15:00 you are charged for an extra night. On weekends (Fri/Sat) late check-out is subject to availability due to higher occupancy.

No step-free access at the main entrance (two steps up, no ramp). Only the ground-floor villa rooms are wheelchair-accessible via a side door (ask at booking). The lift is narrow – cannot accommodate a standard wheelchair. No accessible bathrooms. Guests with mobility issues are advised to request a villa room on ground level.

Free on-site parking for cars and motorbikes at the back of the property (space for about 15 cars, first-come-first-served). Street parking is available for motorbikes. No valet. Nearest public car park is Da Nang Central Parking (500m away, 30,000 VND per hour, 120,000 VND overnight). No EV charging on site.

Local buses cost 5,000-7,000 VND per ride; from the airport, a public bus (route 1 or 2) goes to the city centre for 5,000 VND—avoid taxis for this short trip.

Eat at roadside phở or banh mi stalls rather than tourist cafes; avoid bottled water from hotel minibars and buy from local shops (5,000-10,000 VND).Negotiate prices at markets and for xe om (motorbike taxi) rides—always agree on fare before hopping on.Use ride-hailing apps like Grab for reasonable, metered transport instead of hailing street taxis.
