Getting Around Cox's Bazar

Ride-share (Uber/Pathao) From 100 BDT 10 min

Pathao is more reliable than Uber here. Use the app for a fixed fare—cash only. Avoid during Friday prayers when demand spikes.

Cox's Bazar City Bus (Kolatoli Route) From 15 BDT 20 min

Take a 'Kolatoli' or 'Sea Beach' signboard bus. Get off at the Kolatoli roundabout and walk east 2 mins. Don't board after dark—buses become overcrowded and stops are unmarked.

Local CNG Auto-Rickshaw (shared) From 20 BDT 25 min

Catch a shared CNG from the airport main road—not the rank—heading towards Kolatoli. It drops you within a 5-min walk to the hotel. Cheaper than a solo rickshaw but no luggage space.

Cox's Bazar Airport Taxi Service From 500 BDT 15 min

Pre-book through the hotel for a fixed rate; otherwise, haggle hard with drivers outside the terminal—expect to start at 800 BDT.
