Request a first-floor room facing south over South Parade. These have a clear view of the promenade and sea, and you avoid any noise from the street-level pavement. The building is a converted terrace, so rooms at the front on higher floors also work, but first floor offers easiest carry up if the lift is small or out of service.
On the higher floors (4th floor upwards), as they are likely to be away from the main road noise. Request a room with a rear-facing orientation, such as rooms 401-403, to minimize street noise.

The address indicates a seafront terrace block, so rear rooms back onto service alleys or other buildings, with zero view and potential noise from bins or deliveries. Also avoid the ground floor on the street side – pavement traffic and seagulls make it restless.
