Best rooms
Room 214, 217, 221, and 224 on the south side of the second floor have a better view of the surrounding landscape and receive the morning sun. Room 316 on the north side of the third floor has a view of the garden and is quieter than other rooms on that floor.
Corner rooms on higher floors (4th floor and above) with views of the surrounding mountains are highly recommended. These rooms tend to have larger windows, more natural light, and better ventilation.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid rooms 103, 106, 202, and 205 as they are near the lift shaft and the noise from the lift can be disturbing. Room 308 has a shared wall with the hotel's laundry room, which can be noisy during early morning hours.
Rooms on the first floor, especially those facing the main road (Fairfax Rd), can be noisy due to the traffic. Additionally, rooms near the lift and adjacent to the hotel's main entrance may experience more foot traffic and noise.
