Best rooms
Ask for a room on floors 12–18 facing west (towards the Hudson) or east (into the interior courtyard). These floors are above street-level noise but not at the top where mechanical hum can be an issue.
Request a high floor room on the west side of the building, away from 7th Avenue. Rooms ending in 17–20 on floors 15–20 are generally quieter.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid any room ending in '01' through '06' – these are typically directly above the lobby bar and adjacent to the elevator banks. Also skip rooms on floors 2–5, which pick up street noise from the taxi drop-off and delivery trucks.
Stay away from rooms on floors 1–5 near the lobby/bar area and any room facing 7th Avenue directly. Also avoid rooms next to the lift shafts (usually rooms ending in 01–04).

Basic Wi-Fi is free for all guests (download ~10 Mbps). Premium high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps) is included in the resort fee or available for $9.95/day without the fee. Login via room number and last name
