Best rooms
Request a rear-facing room (away from Reisnerova ulica) to minimise street noise. As the apartment is on the first floor, upper back rooms in the same block are quieter.
Request a room on the top (third) floor facing the courtyard at the rear. You’ll get the quietest experience and better airflow, since the main street noise from Kneza Trpimira is blocked.

Rooms facing the street (Reisnerova ulica) are subject to traffic noise, especially during morning and evening rush hours. First-floor rooms are also more exposed to pavement chatter.
Avoid rooms on the first floor directly above the entrance and ground-floor rooms near the lift or public parking area. The entrance sees foot traffic, and lift noise can carry on lower floors.
