Request a room on floors 3 to 5, overlooking the pool or the private beach rather than the street. These middle floors are high enough for views and low enough for quick stair access if the lifts are busy. The pool-facing side tends to be quieter and gets the morning sun.

Request a sea-facing room on floors 4 through 6. These levels sit above the pool terrace and its daytime activity, giving you a direct view of the Mediterranean without being too high for the lift to be reliable during peak hours.

Rooms to avoid

Avoid rooms on floor 1 or 2 facing the street (40, Port El Kantaoui). The entrance road and drop-off area can generate early-morning taxi and coach noise. Also skip rooms near the main lift lobby on any floor — the doors and chatter carry.

Avoid lower-ground or ground-floor rooms near the main pool bar or the lobby lounge, where evening entertainment and bar noise can carry. Also skip any room directly above the restaurant kitchens (usually on the left wing) as grease extractor hum starts around 6am.
