Request rooms on floors 3–5, facing the inner courtyard rather than the main street. The middle floors reduce street noise while still offering decent light and quieter surroundings.
Request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor at the rear of the building (facing away from the main street) — these floors are less affected by street noise and foot traffic, and the lift stops here so you won't have to walk up many stairs.

Avoid ground-floor rooms near the reception or any rooms directly facing the main road (likely ulitsa or prospekt side) as Chelyabinsk’s traffic can be loud early and late. Rooms above the 5th floor may have lift noise if the elevator runs up to the top.
Avoid rooms on the 1st floor (noise from the lobby, street, and any ground-floor bar or entrance) and rooms directly above or beside the lift shaft (steady hum and late-night clatter). Rooms at the front of the building facing the street on any floor will get traffic noise from Chelyabinsk's main roads.
