Avoid rooms on the top floor (floor 3) as the hotel only has one lift, which may lead to delays or congestion, and you wouldn't want to be stuck waiting for the lift to be available.

Avoid any room on the second floor if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues — no lift and stairs are steep, listed-building vintage.
