Request a room on the third or fourth floor facing the rear courtyard. These upper floors avoid street-level noise from Avenida Ferroviaria (the main drag) and the reception bustle on the ground floor. The courtyard side is usually quieter than the street-facing side.

If you can, request a room on the higher floors (3rd or 4th) as they are likely to be farther away from the street noise. The hotel has a lift, so you won't have to worry about climbing stairs. Also, consider a room on the north side of the building, as it may receive less direct sunlight.

Avoid ground-floor rooms near the reception or the stairwell. Also avoid any room facing the street (likely Avenida Ferroviaria) — truck traffic and early morning market activity can start from 6am. Rooms directly above the small bar off the lobby can also pick up evening noise until midnight.

A room near the lift might be noisy as it's a central hub for guests and staff. If you're a light sleeper, it's best to avoid rooms on the lower floors (1st or 2nd) as they may be closer to the street and service entrance.
