Request a room on the 3rd floor at the rear of the building. The 3rd floor is high enough to reduce street-level noise from the Dhaka–Chittagong highway but still within reach of the lift if it's working. Rear-facing rooms avoid the main road and the restaurant's kitchen exhaust.

Request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor at the rear of the building, away from Comilla's main road. These floors are high enough to reduce street-level noise but still within a short walk via the stairs if the lift is slow.

Avoid rooms on the 1st floor directly behind the restaurant (kitchen noise and cooking smells from early morning) and any room facing the highway below the 3rd floor — heavy truck traffic on the Dhaka–Chittagong highway runs all night.
