Request a room on the ground floor with an adapted bathroom for easy access and proximity to the lift. These rooms are also likely to be quieter as they're away from the lift and any potential noise from the street.

Request a room on the third or fourth floor facing the inner courtyard (rear of the building). These are furthest from street-level noise and have a view over the tile rooftops of San Leonardo. Floor 4 is top floor – quieter above the lift mechanism.

Rooms to avoid

Rooms on the first floor in the small courtyard annex may be less desirable due to the lack of a lift and the need to navigate stairs, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

Ground-floor rooms, especially those facing Via San Leonardo – street noise starts early (commercial traffic from 6:30am) and the courtyard-facing ground-floor rooms sit adjacent to the parking garage entrance, which gets vehicle movement from 7am. The two accessible rooms on ground floor are practical but not quiet.
