Best rooms
Request rooms on floors 3 or 4, back from the stairwell. These floors are high enough to avoid street-level disturbance but low enough for easy stair access if the lift is busy.
Request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the rear courtyard (away from the main road). These floors are above ground-level noise but still accessible via stairs if the lift is slow, and the courtyard side is typically quieter than the street-facing side.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid rooms directly above the lobby or near the lift shaft on floors 1-2 — can get noise from check-in traffic and lift machinery. Also avoid ground-floor rooms facing the street (Bishoftu’s main roads get truck and tuk-tuk noise).
Avoid ground-floor rooms near the reception or service entrance, as they get noise from check-in, staff movement, and deliveries. Also skip rooms directly opposite the lift lobby on any floor—door slams and waiting guests create intermittent noise.
Wi-Fi
Free WiFi in lobby only; no in-room WiFi. Signal is stable but slow (approx. 2 Mbps).
Free Wi-Fi in lobby and all rooms, typical speed 5–10 Mbps; login via room number and surname
Parking
Free on-site parking for up to 10 cars on a gravel lot; no valet or EV charging. Nearest public car park is 500 m away at Bishoftu Central Market, free but unsecured.
Free on-site parking for guests, no reservation needed; no EV charging; nearest public car park is 500 m south on Bishoftu-Adama Road, free
