Best rooms
Request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing away from the street (east side of the building) — these floors are high enough to reduce street-level noise but still within easy walking distance via the stairs if the lift is slow.
Third- and fourth-floor rooms facing the Nile, away from the main road. Request river-view, higher floor (3 or 4) to catch the breeze and see the west bank.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid rooms on the 1st floor, especially those at the front near the reception and street — noise from check-in, luggage handling, and passing traffic carries directly in. Also avoid any rooms adjacent to the lift shaft on any floor (typically the central corridor).
Ground-floor rooms near the pool or reception – foot traffic and music carry. Also avoid rooms directly above the lobby bar (east wing) due to evening noise.
Wi-Fi
Free basic Wi-Fi (up to 5 Mbps) in lobby and rooms; no paid upgrade. Login via room number and surname.

Parking
Free on-site parking for 6 cars (first-come, first-served). Nearest public car park: Karnak Temple Street parking lot, EGP 50 per night (24h). No EV charging.
Free on-site open parking for guest vehicles; valet parking available at EGP 100 per night; nearest public car park is Lot 3 on Aswan Road, EGP 50 per night; no EV charging
