Best rooms
Request a room on floors 2 through 4 facing the interior courtyard (away from the street) to minimise noise and get a consistent, quiet sleep.
Request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor facing the inner courtyard or away from Avenida Francisco Villa. These floors are high enough to avoid street-level noise but low enough for quick lift access. The courtyard side tends to be quieter at night.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid rooms on floor 1 (ground level) due to potential street noise from the Chihuahua address and possible lobby/kitchen disturbance. Also avoid rooms directly above the lift lobby if possible.
Avoid rooms on the 1st floor (closest to the lift lobby and entrance) and any room with a window directly facing the main street. The ground floor also picks up noise from the reception area and breakfast room.
