Request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing away from Phạm Văn Đồng (i.e., the inland side). These floors get less street noise and have better airflow from the rear. The single elevator serves all floors so upper floors aren't a problem for check-in, but the 4th floor may get afternoon heat since the roof isn't well insulated.

Request rooms on floors 4 through 7 facing east or south-east — these give you sea views and are high enough to reduce street hum from the main road. Rooms at the ends of corridors on these floors tend to be quieter.

Rooms to avoid

Avoid rooms on the 1st floor (especially near the lobby and parking area) – limited parking means cars come and go, and the ramp entrance can be noisy. Also skip rooms facing Phạm Văn Đồng on any floor: this is a main coastal road with heavy motorbike and bus traffic from early morning.

Steer clear of rooms above the ground-floor restaurant or near the lift shaft on floors 1–3. Also avoid rooms facing west or north — they look onto nearby buildings or the back alley where service deliveries happen early.
