Request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, facing the pool or garden (not the street). These floors are high enough to avoid ground-floor foot traffic and poolside bar noise, but still accessible if the lift is busy. The pool/garden side tends to be quieter in the evenings.

Request upper-floor rooms on the pool side (south or west orientation) for a quieter experience and a view over the courtyard rather than the street. The fourth floor offers good elevation without being too high.

Rooms to avoid

Avoid ground-floor rooms near the reception or main entrance – these are prone to lobby noise and late-night comings and goings. Also skip rooms directly above the kitchen or service areas (usually at the back) as they can smell of fry oil and hear clattering from early morning prep.

Rooms facing Hurghada's main coastal road (front of the building) will pick up traffic noise from taxis and tour buses, especially on lower floors. Also avoid rooms near the lift shaft or staff service area on floors 1–2.
