Best rooms
Request rooms on floors 2 or 3 facing the rear courtyard. These are above the ground-level lobby noise but not subject to roof-level heat or potential water-pressure issues common in older 3-star buildings. The courtyard side is quieter than the street side.
Request a room on the higher floors (above 3rd floor) for a quieter stay, as the hotel's location on a main road in Dompu may result in street noise. The 3rd floor or above will also provide a better view, as the hotel is situated in a relatively flat area.
Rooms to avoid
Avoid any rooms on the ground floor near the lobby or reception — they pick up check-in chatter and scooter traffic from the street. Also avoid top-floor rooms facing the front: the roof can get hot, and noise from nearby shops and vehicles carries upward at night.
