Avoid rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors facing Triq il-Kbira. They get direct street noise (buses, scooters, pedestrians) and lack the buffer of height. Also skip ground-floor rooms near the entrance or lobby — thin walls and foot traffic.
Avoid rooms on floors 1–3 at the front (Tower Road side) due to street noise from the busy coastal road, and rooms near the rear lift shaft on any floor as service movements can be audible.
