Top-floor rooms away from the lift shaft. These have less foot traffic overhead and no lift mechanism noise. Given the 3-star rating, upper floors also tend to be cleaner and quieter.
Request rooms on floors 4 or 5 facing the inner courtyard (south side). These upper floors reduce street noise from Otemachi and the lift lobby traffic, and the south aspect avoids direct Naka Ward street hum.

Avoid rooms on the 1st floor (street-level noise and lift proximity) and rooms facing north onto Otemachi-dori – the main road carries steady traffic and occasional delivery trucks at the 'Otemachi Parking' entrance.
