Buy a 3rd-class ordinary train ticket (25 baht) – no AC but windows open. Station is 3 km from hotel, so take a songthaew (shared pickup, 20 baht) or taxi (100 baht). Trains are often late by 15–30 mins.
Go to the public taxi stand on level 1. Avoid touts inside arrivals. Meter plus 50 baht airport surcharge; expect around 800-1000 baht total. Ask driver to use Highway 7, faster than the old road.
