Getting Around Cagliari
Useful for reaching the city hospital or cheaper eateries in Monserrato. Buy single tickets at machines; 24-hour pass (€3.50) covers all CTM buses too.
Buy tickets at tabacchi shops beforehand; validate on board or face a €50 fine. The stop is a 2-min walk from the hotel.
Buy return tickets from the station kiosk to avoid queues later. From Piazza Repubblica it's a 10-min walk downhill to the hotel.
Use the same ARST ticket as the bus; the tram crosses the depot with free Wi-Fi. From the hotel stop it's 50m to the entrance.
The driver can drop you directly at the hotel entrance; pay in cash or card, but avoid pre-booking as local ranks are reliable and cheaper.
