Things to Do in Bragança

A 12th-century Romanesque church with a plain stone exterior and a simple, cool interior. Look for the carved capitals and the original wooden roof structure.

A well-preserved medieval castle with a 33m keep, thick walls, and a dry moat. You can walk the battlements and see the keep's interiors, which house a military museum. The outer grounds are free to explore.
