Getting Around Bizerte
Take the 635 bus from the airport to Bab Alioua station (4 TND, 30 mins), then a SNTRI bus to Bizerte (7 TND, 90 mins). Get off at Bizerte bus station and a 10 TND taxi ride gets you to Henchir D'heb.
Negotiate the fare before you get in; official white taxis with meters are cheaper than private ones. Expect around 60–80 TND. Ask the driver to take the A4 autoroute to avoid local traffic.
Take the TGM train from Tunis Ville to Bizerte station (1st class 6 TND, 2nd class 4 TND). From Bizerte station, it's a 15-minute taxi ride to the hotel (about 8 TND). The train is scenic but slow—only worth it if you're not in a rush.
Louage is the cheapest local transport—shared minibuses. Take the airport bus to Bab Alioua (4 TND), then grab a Bizerte-bound louage (8 TND per seat). It drops you at Bizerte's main square; from there, a local taxi to Henchir D'heb costs 5–7 TND. No fixed schedule, but they leave when full.
