Best Time to Visit Micoud
Micoud, on Saint Lucia’s wetter windward coast, has a tropical climate with two distinct seasons: a dry season from January to April and a wetter one from June to November. The best time to visit is during the dry months, when hiking and beach time are reliably good. Hurricane season runs June to November, but serious storms are rare.

January to March. These are the driest months, with average highs around 29°C and low humidity. Crowds are moderate, and you get the best mix of sunny weather and calm seas for swimming and snorkelling.

April to early June. Weather stays mostly dry, with slightly more rain in June. Crowds thin out after Easter, and accommodation discounts of 20-30% are common. Sea conditions are still good.

🎭 Events worth timing a trip around
Saint Lucia Carnival in February (or July in some years, check dates). The Micoud Annual Fishing Derby in October is a local event worth timing for authentic community atmosphere.
