Best Time to Visit Chepen
Chepén sits in Peru's coastal desert, so it's dry and warm year-round. The main variable is the coastal fog (garúa) in winter and occasional rain in El Niño summers. Most visitors pass through en route to the Moche sites or nearby beaches, so crowds are never serious.
