Best Time to Visit Biella
Biella sits at the foot of the Alps in northern Piedmont, so its seasons are clear-cut: cold, damp winters and warm, often sunny summers. The city is quiet year-round compared to Turin, but the best time to visit is late spring or early autumn when the weather is pleasant and the surrounding hills are at their best.
