The main town beach, free and well-maintained. Pebble shore with clear water, plus a promenade for walking and benches. Popular, but not overcrowded on weekdays.

A sandy spit jutting into the sea, with a protected forest and narrow beach. Good for a quiet swim or picnic, especially outside August.

A modest 19th-century palace housing the Regional Museum, with exhibits on local history, archaeology, and the royal family’s life. The grounds are pleasant for a stroll.

Ruins of the old walled town, abandoned after an earthquake in 1979. Climb the fortress for sweeping views of the coast and mountains. No ticket needed for the outer area.
