A newer, lower-density area on the southern edge of Yauri, stretching towards the Río Salado. Often used by local professionals and a few budget tourists.

🚇 Getting around
Not great—walk to centre takes 25 minutes; mototaxi is better (1.5–2 soles). Colectivos to other towns leave from the Terminal Terrestre, 10 minutes by mototaxi. Airport same as above.
