Getting Around Ángeles
Take the SJO–Alajuela city bus (250 CRC) to Alajuela central station, then catch the Ángeles bus (700 CRC) from the corner across Parque Central. Ask the driver to drop you near the Montara roundabout.
Flag one down on the main road or call Taxi Ángeles (code 2458). Confirm the fare before getting in—taxis here don't always use meters.
Walk to the official taxi stand outside arrivals for standard rates. Uber is cheaper but pick-up is from the departures level; use the app only after clearing customs.
Get off at the Ángeles church stop, then walk straight down the hill—the hotel entrance is on the left after 3 blocks. Buses run later on weekends.
